Pete Thomas was the season 2 at home winner of the NBC TV show “The Biggest Loser.” I was honored with the opportunity to interview him since he and a lot of other alumni of the show are coming to Kyle for the Burn and Learn on Saturday February 20th and for a public morning workout on Friday February 19th.

Although this is not a fitness and weight loss blog, I felt that the story of how Pete lost 185 lb in 9 mo, 5 years ago, and has kept it off holds a valuable lesson for all of us that we can apply both in business and in our personal lives.
