This week’s tip comes to us from CSS How To. It involves converting a Photoshop PSD file into a CSS layout for your website.

Today’s photoshop friday, is a little late, but here it is.  This is a really neat tool that I learned about the other day.  It’s called content aware scaling.
Here’s a tutorial that explains the concept of content aware scaling and walks you through the different steps much better than I can.

I’m a big believer in learning how to do certain things for yourself.  I do not believe that you need a web designer to create a website for you, however, there are some cool tricks that graphics designers can do that are awesome.

I debated whether to post this or not, but I thought what the heck.  Here’s a link to a site that lets you edit your pictures, online, but it lets you do silly things to them.
The site is called “Blingee” and essentially the site lets you bling out your pictures.
Yeah, I don’t know what you would want to use this for, but some kids might like it.

To tag along with yesterday’s post about Photoshop tutorials etc. I thought about what if you can’t or don’t want to install anything to your computer?  Or, what if your computer is too old to run Photoshop etc. what do you do then?
